How fast do you reply?
We typically reply within 2 business days. Bug reports involving a tool that's completely broken get priority.
What should I include in a bug report?
Your browser and OS (e.g. "Chrome on Windows 11"), which tool and layout/size you were using, and exactly what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot helps a lot.
Can I request a new tool or feature?
Yes — tell us what you're trying to test or measure and why the current tools don't cover it. Several of our existing tools started as reader requests.
Do you offer business or API access?
Not currently. If you have a specific commercial use case in mind, email us and describe it — we're open to hearing what people want to build.
